Key Responsibilities
  • This is a part-time role (2–3 days per week), with salary pro-rated from the full-time amount stated.
  • Provide bilingual (Chinese & English) support in communication, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Assist the Senior Management with day-to-day administrative tasks, calendar management, meeting arrangements, and client coordination.
  • Prepare and handle simple secretarial documents, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate deliveries, courier services, and vendor arrangements.
  • Run small errands (e.g., purchasing/fetching items) as needed.
  • Assist with planning and organizing client meetings, events, or travel logistics.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative and personal support tasks.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in Chinese and English (spoken & written).
  • Minimum Diploma qualification with at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to handle tasks independently.
  • Strong communication skills, discreet, and professional.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn about CSP operations and family office services.
