Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to a Managing Director. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle communications, coordinate travel, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, messages) and draft communications.
  • Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
  • Run personal errands and manage household or personal tasks when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Liaise with internal staff, external partners, and clients on behalf of the employer.
  • Manage expenses, invoices, and reimbursements.
  • Assist in event planning and coordination.
  • Anticipate the employer’s needs and proactively resolve issues.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and digital scheduling tools.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Working Conditions
