Job summary
A leading financial services firm in Singapore is looking for an individual to manage daily Life Insurance policy processing and collaborate with insurers for commission payments. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree, strong service orientation, and good communication skills. Experience in insurance operations and knowledge of automation tools are advantageous. This role involves ensuring efficient operations and enhancing processes through feedback and initiative.
Responsibilities
- Handle the daily policy processing of Life Insurance.
- Liaise with insurers to process commission payments.
- Ensure daily operations run efficiently and smoothly.
- Involved in business process and system enhancements.
- Be assigned any ad-hoc tasks as necessary.

Education
Diploma/Degree holder in any discipline
Tools
Knowledge of coding and scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL)
Knowledge of process automation platforms and RPA
Responsibilities
- Handle the daily policy processing of Life Insurance.
- Liaise with the respective insurers to process commission payments to our financial advisers.
- Work together as a team to ensure that the daily operations run efficiently and smoothly; this includes, but not limited to accurate data entry, timely revision of forms, close follow-ups with insurance partners and financial advisers on policy documentations, etc.
- Be involved in the continuous efforts in business process and system enhancements by taking the initiative to review and gather feedback from users, and to propose for improvements.
- Be assigned any adhoc tasks as and when necessary.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree holder in any discipline.
- Process-oriented and service-oriented.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous and good with follow-throughs.
- Proactive and take initiatives.
- Knowledge or operations experience in insurance/wealth management will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of process automation platforms, robotic process automation (RPA), or experience with coding and scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL, or other automation tools) will be an advantage.
