A property management company in Singapore seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and safety of mall facilities. Ideal candidates will have a Diploma in relevant fields and at least two years of experience in similar roles. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, supervising team operations, and managing safety and maintenance contracts.
As a key member in the mall operations team in managing the daily operations, maintenance, and upkeep of the mall facilities, you will be responsible for maintenance and fire safety and security in the shopping mall building. Your responsibilities include:
The successful candidate is passionate about facilities management and can interact with various stakeholders from all levels. A team player who is dynamic, proactive, result oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills, able to work independently and perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
The candidate possesses at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building/Facilities Management, or related disciplines. He or she would have at least two years’ experience in similar capacity of shopping mall building/facilities management/MCST.
