Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant trade.
  • Able to read site drawings.
  • Passionate, dedicated, detailed & perfectionist.

Responsibilities

  • Assist sales teams in implementing projects on-site.
  • Source for quotes on procurement of required materials.
  • Cost negotiation with suppliers.
  • Liaise with clients for required materials.
  • Monitor and coordinate with suppliers on work specifications and clients’ requirements.
  • Conduct checks on fabrication quality.
  • On-site client servicing and supervision of suppliers.
  • Assist department in other matters when necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Assist sales teams in implementing projects on-site
  • Source for quotes on procurement of required materials
  • Cost negotiation with suppliers
  • Liaise with clients for required materials (i.e. artwork)
  • Monitor and coordinate with suppliers on work specifications and clients’ requirements
  • Conduct checks on fabrication quality for pre-site arrangement
  • On-site client servicing and supervision of suppliers
  • Assist department in any other matters when necessary
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in the exhibition/construction/interior industries will be an added advantage
  • Able to read site drawings is a must
  • Passionate, dedicated, detailed & perfectionist
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well versed with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
  • Able to multi-task, manage various projects and deliver high quality work
  • Overseas travel may be required
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant trade.
