Executive, Operations (Events, Exhibitions, Conferences)
Responsibilities
- Assist sales teams in implementing projects on-site
- Source for quotes on procurement of required materials
- Cost negotiation with suppliers
- Liaise with clients for required materials (i.e. artwork)
- Monitor and coordinate with suppliers on work specifications and clients’ requirements
- Conduct checks on fabrication quality for pre-site arrangement
- On-site client servicing and supervision of suppliers
- Assist department in any other matters when necessary
Requirements
- Relevant experience in the exhibition/construction/interior industries will be an added advantage
- Able to read site drawings is a must
- Passionate, dedicated, detailed & perfectionist
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Well versed with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
- Able to multi-task, manage various projects and deliver high quality work
- Overseas travel may be required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant trade.
