Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Work with operations to plan and implement standards, initiatives, or best practices, e.g., a new system.
  • Map existing workflow and identify key changes for new initiatives to be implemented.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal support functions to drive operational and service standards.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the vendor for training, rollout planning, and user support.
  • Follow up and monitoring on the standards, initiatives, or best practices implemented.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal colleagues to prepare quotations for clients.
  • Perform routine and ad hoc site inspections and audits to ensure site operations meet contract and service standards in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Follow up and closing of gaps from post-inspections and audits.
  • Continuously seek to improve work processes to enhance quality and increase work productivity and efficiency.
  • Continually review processes and procedures across the accounts for best practices and consistency.
  • Ensure delivery of services is aligned and compliant with ISS vision and strategy, account contractual KPIs, and local legislation.
  • Drive service excellence by maintaining close collaboration with support functions within ISS.
  • Drive a safety-conscious culture across the account and ensure that all works are carried out in a safe manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, Environment, and Risk Management policies and procedures.
  • Drive a service and performance excellence culture within the delivery and operational management teams that supports openness, teamwork, collaboration, performance excellence, and personal success.
  • Perform all other administrative support to the department.
Minimum Required Education, Skills, And Experience
  • Minimum Higher NITEC / Diploma in any discipline
  • Resourceful, possesses a keen ability to learn, and has excellent work ethic.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, friendly with an assertive and personable nature.
  • Good communication and writing skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask, working within a team structure and independently.
  • Assumes complete responsibility for assignments of moderate complexity.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, backend operations, projects, and process improvement
  • Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft suite of products, are essential
