Job summary

A logistics solutions provider is looking for an individual to manage customer accounts and oversee warehouse processes in Singapore. The successful candidate must have a diploma or degree in a logistics-related field and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office is essential. The role includes risk analysis and driving fulfilment of business requirements.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Contribute to recurring revenue streams. Ensure the billing for the activities during pandemic operation is well documented and to bill customer promptly
• Schedule and monitor the participation in value-based culture activities and to drive fulfilment of business requirement in timely manner
• Analyse risks associated with different approaches of process changes
• Suggest solutions to problems faced by immediate reports; so as to engage senior management for buy-in on the implementation
• Participate in WSH activities and documentation in support of the system management
• Review latest technology trends for adoption application to logistics business
• Manage customer accounts based on the workflow established with stakeholders
• Execute and monitor the information flow for end-to-end warehouse processes from order initiation to receiving, handling, distribution and storage. Ensure the pandemic operational plan is integrated into the warehouse workflow and be able to put in practice upon activated

Job Requirements

• Basic knowledge of SAP / Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Proficiency in basic Ms Office Applications / Microsoft Power Platform Applications

Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience

Diploma / Degree in any logistics related field

1-3 years of relevant working experience
