Executive Officer, Operational Governance & Compliance
We are looking for a passionate and professional Executive Officer to join our Operational Governance & Compliance team.
Based in Singapore and reporting to the Manager, the incumbent will ensure compliance with established policies, procedures and regulatory requirements across retail operations.

What You’ll Do
- Stay informed of relevant standards and regulatory requirements applicable to Retail Operations.
- Ensure all retail outlet formats are consistently compliant with regulatory requirements, liaise with outlets to support proper implementation, and closely monitor gaps to ensure timely remediation and adherence.
- Provide compliance support to Retail Operations to address compliance issues that may impact operations.
- Conduct meticulous due diligence audits to assess compliance standards and facilitate the issuance of necessary compliance documentation.
- Evaluate potential compliance risks and implement controls to prevent violations.
- Develop a broad and detailed understanding of the retail outlet network’s processes and procedures to ensure alignment with compliance and operational standards.
- Ensure multiple key targets and deliverables are met while maintaining high operational standards at the retail outlet formats.
- Closely monitor heavily audited areas and ensure all relevant risks are identified and appropriate controls are in place to minimise exposure to risk or non‑compliance.
- Provide strategic insights to internal stakeholders on emerging trends and their implications for business operations and compliance planning.
- Support the design and execution of targeted compliance initiatives that promote adherence to internal policies and regulatory expectations.
- Coordinate activities to assess frontline practices and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement within retail operations.
- Independently lead end‑to‑end development and rollout of compliance efforts, including engagement strategies and communication materials.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align project‑based compliance activities with broader operational goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support continuous improvement, stakeholder assurance, and future planning.
- Manage robust tracking frameworks and data visualisations that enable timely and effective reviews.
- Maintain performance metrics, reporting systems, and data repositories that support strategic planning and operational oversight.
- Align data tracking methodologies with evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.
Who You Are
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, or the equivalent.
- Have a minimum of 2‑3 years of working experience in audit, risk & compliance, retail operations management, and/or customer service support.
- Possess strong logical thinking, sense of integrity, and sensitivity to data.
- Have strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Be proactive, detail‑oriented and well‑organised.
- Demonstrate discipline in meeting timelines and be goal‑oriented.
