• Collaborate with the Assistant Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing plans.
• Ensure effective communication and promotion of campaigns, events, and activations to target audiences.
• Align with brand principal on key dates and events, and plan media and social media channels.
• Maintain consistent on‑brand messaging across all marketing communications.
• Ensure adherence to BMW Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines in collaboration with the brand principal.
• Plan and execute a daily social media calendar covering sales campaigns, product promotions, service campaigns, and community posts.
• Create and edit content, including photos and videos, using mobile applications.
• Manage social media advertising with external agencies, including budget and strategy planning.
• Develop and execute marketing communications for products and services.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for materials related to campaigns, product launches, service promotions, and CRM communications.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute customer and community events.
• Conduct vendor sourcing, prepare event proposals, and ensure smooth event execution.
• Follow up on leads post‑event and manage social media communications.
• Manage marketing budgets and maximize ROI for campaigns and activations.
• Handle administrative tasks such as submitting quotations, raising purchase orders, and processing invoices.
• Monitor marketing budget spend and cost per lead (CPL).
• Work with the CRM team to develop strategies for customer retention and lead prospecting.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and facilities team to maintain showroom standards and ensure on‑brand communications.
• Network and coordinate media test rides with advertisers, publishers, media, KOLs, and influencers.
• Maintain strong relationships with the press and media.
