Job Summary

The Executive, Marketing Communications supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives to drive footfall, increase shopper engagement, and enhance tenant participation at Pasir Ris Mall. This person will assist in coordinating marketing activities, managing casual leasing administration, maintaining digital platforms, and liaising with tenants and vendors to ensure smooth campaign rollouts and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market in-mall advertising and event spaces, and assist with casual leasing administrative duties.
  • Support the Marcom team in the planning and executing of marketing campaigns and events to drive mall footfall and sales, including community and engagement events at the upcoming Town Plaza.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Liaise with tenants to encourage participation in mall campaigns, including maintaining accurate tenant contact lists and databases.
  • Liaising and managing vendors, contractors, agencies, etc to ensure successful launch of campaigns and events.
  • Provide customer service support by addressing shopper enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Manage and update the mall website, directories, and other collaterals.
  • Coordinate operational logistics for activities such as filming, flyer distribution, and inventory management.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing Communications team as needed.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience preferably in a shopping mall, retail, or ad agency environment.
  • Creative, resourceful and excels in a timeline driven environment.
  • Highly energetic, mature, self-motivated and a creative team player with a keen eye for details.
  • Good written and spoken communications skills.
