We are seeking a dynamic and creative Executive for Marketing & Communications to support our brand's growth and visibility. This role involves executing go-to-market initiatives, managing our digital presence, organising events, and producing engaging content to position the firm as a thought leader in our industry.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Go-to-Market Execution
- Support the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and content.
- Track and report marketing performance and engagement metrics.
Events
- Plan and execute seminars and roundtables events to strengthen brand presence and community engagement.
- Coordinate event logistics, invitations and post-event follow-up.
Digital Marketing & Brand Presence
- Manage the company's LinkedIn page and other digital platforms to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Maintain and update the company's digital magazine, ensuring consistent publication and audience reach.
Content Creation & Thought Leadership
- Conduct interviews with business leaders and industry professionals for feature articles.
- Write and edit articles, posts, and features to highlight thought leadership and promote brand values.
- Ensure all written content aligns with the company's tone, voice and brand identity.
- Work closely with senior management to align marketing activities with business objectives.
- Coordinate with external partners and collaborators when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or digital media.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills; experience in business or lifestyle content is a plus.
- Proficient in social media management (especially LinkedIn) and digital publishing tools.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Self-motivated, creative and able to work both independently and in a team.
