Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the warehouse team, ensuring alignment with the Warehouse Manager's directives.
• Provide supervisory and technical expertise to support operational efficiency.
• Take responsibility for managing personnel and optimizing warehouse operations.
• Lead and motivate staff to meet the objectives of the company, suppliers, and customers.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Oversee stock control activities, including daily and weekly cycle counts, as well as full physical inventory checks.
• Enforce adherence to warehouse procedures, safety standards, and 5S practices.
• Compile KPIs for warehouse assistants to ensure the program meets expectations, covering delivery timelines, inventory accuracy, record-keeping, daily tasks, and documentation retention.

Requirements

• At least 1 year working experience in 3PL warehouse operation and supervising staff
• Experience in MS Office, SAP or WMS
• Good Team Player
• Good communication skills
