Job summary

Seatrium (SG) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Audit leader to spearhead integrated audits, investigations, and advisory assignments across our global business.

You will supervise ongoing audits, data analytics, and whistleblower investigations, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and strong governance. The role engages C-suite and Board-level stakeholders. Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
• Professional risk/assurance/audit qualifications preferred.
• At least 12 years of leadership role in audit, operation and compliance, with prior experience in listed company and/or multinational presence.
• Track record in governance and control matters with principled engagement and skeptical challenge.
• Experience planning and executing IT and Cyber Security Audits is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Develop scopes of and lead integrated audits, investigations, advisory & other ad-hoc assignments.
• Supervise day-to-day running of audits, data analytics, whistleblowing investigations, and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare audit and investigation reports to the senior leadership and the ARC.
• Manage resources to meet audit and investigation deadlines, including ad hoc work requirements.
• Engage stakeholders to share emerging risk trends and industry best practices.
• Provide leadership to drive audit team performance and guest auditor program.
• Deploy data analytics, AI and other emerging technologies for continuous improvement in audit planning and reporting.
