Overview

We are seeking pro-active and driven Human Resources (HR) Executives to join our growing team. Specifically, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning & development (L&D) function and operation. You will work with the business units to identify skill gaps and training needs, as well as source for and manage external training providers and internal learning resources in handling organisation’s learning and development needs.

This is a people-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building a positive workplace culture. You will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations across the group of companies and contribute to initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and organisational effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Identify skill gaps and training needs through analysis and employee feedback
  • Work closely with HODs and management in handling organisation’s learning and development needs
  • Source and manage external training providers and internal learning resources
  • Effective administrative skills in tracking, record keeping and filing of all training records
  • Identify and establish partnerships with external providers and relevant government agencies on initiatives, funding, grants and sponsorships available
  • Review of SOP aligning with company policies
  • Maintain good project documentation and familiar with ISO documentation requirements
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Able to interact confidently with business units and external parties
