A leading aviation company in Singapore is seeking a proactive Investor Relations & Corporate Communications Executive for a 12-month contract. This role involves coordinating investor events, managing corporate communications, and providing administrative support. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1–2 years of experience. Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Chinese as an advantage.

  • Manage the Company Information mailbox daily.

Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Investor Relations & Corporate Communications Executive (12-month contract) to support the Head of Department in managing a wide range of communications and investor-related activities. This role involves event coordination, content creation, stakeholder engagement, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Event management

  • Support the planning and execution of investor roadshows, air shows, industry conferences, corporate events, and offsite meetings
  • Provide on-site support for events in Singapore and abroad

Media monitoring and communications

  • Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts to support press releases and corporate messaging; monitor engagement and ensure timely updates
  • Distribute press releases to media outlets and publish across official channels including the Company website, LinkedIn, and intranet
  • Alternate responsibility for monitoring daily news wires and publications

Corporate publications

  • Assist in the production of corporate publications including the Annual and Interim Reports

Digital and web management:

  • Support Company website, LinkedIn and intranet content management to ensure accuracy and relevance

Budgeting support

  • Support the department’s annual budgeting process by coordinating inputs and tracking expenditures

Mailbox monitoring

  • Manage the Company Information mailbox daily

Administrative support

  • Maintain a database of corporate gift inventory
  • Maintain lists of subscriptions, corporate memberships and sponsorships, ensuring timely renewals and internal approvals obtained

Other duties

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Department and/or Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in corporate communications or events management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with website and LinkedIn management tools is a plus
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
  • Willingness to travel and provide on-site support for events
