Job summary

Qualifications

  • Registered/Licensed Environmental Control Officer (ECO).
  • Experience in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) preferred.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to user requests/feedback and investigate.
  • Supervise contractor performance to maintain service standards.
  • Ensure maintenance is scheduled and updated accordingly.
  • Prepare and manage quotations for improvement and repair works.
  • Verify contractor quotations, service reports, and invoices.
  • Issue purchase orders to contractors and ensure timely execution.
  • Conduct regular inspections related to ECO matters.
  • Assist in emergency drills and provide logistical support.
  • Perform duties after office hours as scheduled.

Specialising in building, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects, we deliver innovative and efficient solutions to meet the evolving needs of the industry.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Registered/Licensed Environmental control officer (ECO)
  • Attend to user request/feedback, investigate, check and analyse the requests/feedback
  • Supervision of contractors’ performance to maintain the service standard
  • Ensure maintenance is carried out per schedule and update status accordingly to the requirement
  • Prepare and manage quotations for improvement, repair and rectification works
  • Verifying contractors’ quotations, service reports and invoices
  • Issuing of Purchase Order to contractors and ensure works carried out accordingly to quote in timely and orderly manner
  • Carry out regular inspections of ECO related matters to ensure high standard of maintenance
  • Assist in emergency drills and provide logistic support for any events held in the building
  • Will be rostered to perform duty after office (e.g. Fault calls, emergency respond)
  • Any other ad‑hoc FM related duties (Project works)
Qualification, Skills and Experience
  • Diploma/degree in Environment control, Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Services
  • Certified Environmental Control Officer certification and registered as an ECO with NEA
  • Experience in IFM related field is preferred.
  • Fresh Graduates are Welcome to apply.
