Job summary

A global leader in technical services is seeking an Executive I in Administration to support day-to-day operations of Non-Asset Intensive laboratories. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in admin coordination and is knowledgeable in SAP. Responsibilities include providing administrative support and managing procurement activities. This full-time position is available in Singapore with a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of work experience in admin coordination and/or operations support.
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work with different IT Tools applications.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations of Non-Asset Intensive laboratories.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day operations (as assigned) of Non-Asset Intensive (NAI) laboratories to facilitate smooth running of business delivery
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth coordination within the Department, Certification and Business Units
  • Ensure all Procurement related activities for the Department are completed in a timely manner
  • Any other administrative tasks appropriate for this level
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE O Level with at least 2 years of work experience in admin coordination and/or operations support
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
  • Open-minded and willing to work with different IT Tools applications
  • Well-organised and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Tactful and service-oriented individual who possess initiative, strong planning skill in managing schedules and delivering deadlines
  • Meticulous, efficient, resourceful, good interpersonal skills with “can-do” attitude
