The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HR experience and a degree in Human Resources. Job description
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their schools’ needs and assess candidate suitability for roles required.
  • Identify and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract talents, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media platforms and professional networks.
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing candidates' qualifications, and presenting candidates to hiring managers.
  • Regular follow-ups with potential candidates to keep them engaged and interested in potential opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all necessary onboarding paperwork and procedures.
  • Conduct onboarding of new employees ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
  • Monitor and track overall staffing rates and estab tracking.
  • Maintain good data hygiene, and accurate, up-to-date HR records and documentation.
  • Manage employees’ p-file according to audit standards.
  • Interview arrangements and HR reporting.
  • Digitization of p-files for ease of reviewing, archiving & retiring documents.
  • Manage and / or provide support to HR-centric projects and other administrative duties.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of HR related experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and talent acquisition techniques
  • Strong communication, organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong ethical and confidentiality standards
  • Ability to work on projects as and when required
