Job summary

A local recruitment agency in Singapore seeks an Executive, Human Resource to manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in HR and hold a degree in Human Resources Management. Job description
Executive, Human Resource (Payroll and Training)

Responsible for processing of monthly payroll for all entities in Singapore.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates, including new hires, terminations, changes to pay rates, and the computation of overtime and allowances for monthly payroll processing.

Ensure accurate monthly CPF processing and submission to the CPF Board

Ensure compliance with the prevailing regulation for payroll, provident fund and taxes.

Computation of final pay for resign employee upon receipt of resignation.

Preparation and submission of government subsidies and claims.

Timely processing and e-file employees’ IR8A at year end & IR21 as required.

Assist HOD in checking payroll records for the overseas subsidiaries.

Handle the processing of work pass applications for foreign employees.

Create employee personnel files and ensure require records are updated and filed.

Coordinate and update the third-party service provider (IHP) on the registration of new employees' accounts and entitlements, and ensure timely notification for account termination upon employee resignation.

Prepare resignation acceptance letter, handle staff exit clearance and work pass cancellation.

Attend to MOM & CPF Board compliance inspection and related surveys

Updating staff quarterly product claims for HOD’s approval

Attending to ad-hoc requests from staff for company letters, etc.

Handle employee’s training request from creating course run on LMS, registration, payment, recording attendance and absentee payroll funding declaration

Update of HR policies to ensure relevancy and accuracy.

Requirements

Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources Management

At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience

Proficient and well versed with the Employment Act of Singapore and MOM regulations

Familiar with computerized payroll system and competent in Microsoft Office Applications

Hands-on with government’s on-line portals and e-services

Resourceful, proactive and meticulous

Independent and able to work under pressure

Good communication skills and able to interact well with all levels.
