Job Description

As the Executive, Human Resource, you are responsible to manage payroll processing and HR operations. You should have a strong understanding of payroll procedures, HR policies, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and providing exceptional HR support.

  • Manage onboarding logistics, including the assembly of welcome kits and arrangement of office access.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and manage enrolment processes.
  • Process and issue official employee documents upon request, including employment verification, reference, and visa support letters.
  • Support HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel file management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics and research to provide insights to HR management.
  • Assist in recruitment processes including job posting and candidate sourcing
  • Administer the company's leave management system, including processing requests and handling all related employee inquiries.
  • Provide administrative support for all employee insurance matters, including claims and policy renewals.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by Assistant Manager, Human Resource
Job Requirement
