Job description
  • He/She is committed to providing the highest levels of comfort and hospitality to guests, which leads to achieving maximum guest satisfaction and organisational profitability.
  • Creates standard operating procedures for operations, keeping in line with the hotel’s service standards. The Executive Housekeeper/Director of Housekeeping handles budgeting and control on expenses. He/She also needs to oversee inventory checks.
  • Handles all staff matters, including hiring and training. He/She resolves issues and directs teams to meet the hotel’s standards. He/She also shows a high level of organisational awareness and leadership skills. He/She often works and consults with other departments/sections within the hotel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyse and recommend best practices & technology in hospitality
  • Apply systems thinking to resolve problems and make decisions
