Responsibilities and Duties
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team and partners to plan, implement and manage projects
- Prepare reports for project updates to funders, handle financial claims and budget
- Serve as the liaison office to interact with strategic and community partners as well as stakeholders to ensure smooth operations of projects and collaborate with initiatives
- Monitor project work plans to ensure timely completion and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare policies, procedures and work instructions for operations processes in order to facilitate smooth operations of the project
- Support data management and analysis of programme
- Utilise IT systems to manage and analyse data, prepare reports and presentation slides
- Engage partners about new services/ programmes/ initiatives
- Provide secretariat support for the project meetings, including preparation of agenda, note taking and follow up on matters arising
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related fields
- At least 4 years of working experience, preferably in business development in the community or health care sector
- Experience in clinical operations or project management will be an advantage
- Good project management skills

- Possess good communication and writing skills
