Job summary

Next Frontier Capital in Singapore seeks an Executive Director to lead FX Options market-making and risk management across Asia. You will set trading strategies, manage exposures, and engage with global clients while aligning with the firm’s liquidity objectives.

You will mentor junior traders, partner with sales teams, and contribute to the growth of the Global FX Options group. A strong track record and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
• 7 years of FX options trading experience with an investment bank.
• Proven track record of market-making and client engagement.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of option theory.
• Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide liquidity to the global client franchise (hedge funds, banks, asset managers, corporates).
• Monitor and manage risk exposures with best-in-class practices.
• Formulate and execute macro trading strategies with FXO traders globally.
• Collaborate with sales teams to address client needs and hedging ideas.
• Mentor and develop junior traders through guidance.
