Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Compliance Processing Officer. The role involves conducting compliance audits, preparing detailed audit reports, and engaging with clients. Candidates should have a Nitec or Diploma in Food Science or Chemistry and preferably 1 year of experience in a lab or science-related role. The position offers a salary between $2,200 - $2,800, with allowances provided.

Qualifications
- Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Food Science & Food Technology, Chemistry or Nutrition Science required.
 - Preferably have 1 year of working experience in lab settings or science-related roles.
 - Must be able to travel locally to client sites.
 
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed audit and investigation reports highlighting non-compliance areas.
 - Document compliance activities using designated checklists and databases.
 - Conduct compliance audits and monitor various Halal operations.
 - Communicate with clients and authorities via phone, email, and meetings.

Education

5 Days [Monday - Friday], 8.30am - 5.30pm
Basic Salary: $2,200 - $2,800 + AWS + Transport Allowance

Requirements
- Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Food Science & Food Technology, Chemistry and Nutrition Science.
 
- Preferably 1 year working experience in lab settings or science related role.
 
- On the job training provided by Senior for this post.
 
- Able to travel locally to client site [ Transport allowance been given ]
 
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed audit and investigation reports that highlight areas of non-compliance and associated risks.
 
- Document all compliance activities using designated checklists and databases according to company policies and workflows.
 
- Conduct timely follow-ups with clients, close audits efficiently, and ensure findings are resolved.
 
- Perform compliance audits and monitor various Halal operations.
 
- Maintain and organize both electronic and hard copy files and records.
 
- Prepare and process documents for submission to relevant authorities, ensuring timeliness.
 
- Continuously engage and communicate with clients and authorities as necessary for applications.
 
- Monitor audit activity schedules and provide thorough follow-up, including reviews of client corrective actions.
 
- Provide administrative support and contribute to project committees.
 
- Communicate proactively with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to gather feedback and information.
 
- Undertake any other assignments and tasks as required.
 
- Any other assignments and tasks given
