Join a dynamic and data-driven hospitality team managing over 25 hotels and serviced residences across Singapore, Japan, and Malaysia. This role offers hands‑on exposure to the fast‑growing world of hotel e‑commerce — from managing online travel agent (OTA) platforms to strengthening direct‑booking performance on Brand.com. As an E‑Commerce & Distribution Executive, you will support the team in optimising online distribution, ensuring rate accuracy, and learning how strategic digital decisions drive hotel performance. You will work closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Channel Management teams, gaining a well‑rounded understanding of hospitality e‑commerce operations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in analysing hotel performance across OTAs and Brand.com platforms.
  • Support the implementation of e-commerce and distribution strategies.
  • Help identify new digital and distribution opportunities.
  • Coordinate with OTAs, technology vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor rate parity and support test bookings to identify pricing or distribution issues.
  • Maintain internal reports and documentation of key learnings.
  • Support hotel teams in updating OTA content, photos, and room information.
  • Participate in training sessions and cross‑functional projects to develop e‑commerce knowledge.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, e‑commerce, or the hospitality industry.
  • Analytical mindset with good Excel or data‑analysis skills.
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with online booking platforms (e.g., Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia) is a plus but not required — training will be provided.
