Supporting the development and execution of the Wellness Brand strategy. The primary responsibility of this role is to create an innovative program, guest experiences and touchpoints that will support the new wellness brand for Sands. Collaborating and Identifying innovative longevity and lifestyle solutions that ensure the brand is constantly evolving and offering our guests cutting edge solutions for their longevity and wellbeing.

- Identify innovative longevity technology solutions
- Creating signature touchpoints for the master wellness brand
- Defining how the wellness touchpoints will be integrated into the overall guest experience in Singapore and each property in Macau
- Comprehending the nuances of operations in Singapore and Macau and create the wellness customer journey for each operation in collaboration with the Executive Director of Spa in Macau and Spa Director in Singapore
- Supporting operations with annual wellness initiatives
- Responsible for collaborating with Hospitality Training & Quality Assurance to ensure the educational curriculum is created for each position including the Rooms/Butlers team
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- Tertiary education
- 10 years’ experience in wellness and spa operations - 5 years in a senior management role
- Experience in project management
Experience
- A strategic view of the global wellness environment
- Expert knowledge in wellness operations
- Change Agility – ability to transform information into ideas that address the market needs
- Action oriented ability to drive execution in a complex environment from ultra luxury to mass market.
- Project Management- responsible for managing end to end product delivery of an ideation process to the implementation and delivery to a guest
- Experience in wellness brand development
- Knowledge of hotel operations across all disciplines that will interface with wellness
Other Prerequisites
- Willing to travel to Macau when required
- Willing to support the wellness /spa operations team in execution of wellness brand strategy
