Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and bear ultimate supervisory responsibility for all company operations, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
• Supervise product development, business growth, and client delivery, maintaining accountability for overall company performance.
• Oversee the company’s expansion in China and Asia, leveraging strong professional networks to guide partnerships, client acquisition, and market development.
• Represent the company externally to stakeholders, clients, investors, and regulators, ensuring the company’s brand and strategic interests are effectively communicated.
• Mentor and supervise senior management teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring leadership development across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, quality standards, and governance requirements, supervising internal teams to maintain operational integrity.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of entrepreneurial experience with regional exposure in Asia, ideally having founded or co-founded companies in technology or consultancy sectors.
• 5+ years of senior executive experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and overseeing company operations.
• Strong strategic, operational, and business development expertise with a proven track record of scaling companies.
• Deep understanding of IT consultancy, product lifecycle management, and technology solutions.
• Solid knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and cost control for strategic planning and organizational growth.
• Established networks in China and Asia, with experience driving market expansion and partnerships.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, corporate governance, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and public representation skills.
• Analytical, results-oriented, proactive, and resourceful, with a strong sense of responsibility and decision-making ability.
