A leading educational institution in Singapore is seeking an Executive for Digital Operations to support post-course activities. Your responsibilities include ensuring timely closure of classes, submitting attendance and assessment results, and handling corporate client requests for certificates. A diploma is required, along with complaint resolution skills and knowledge of training administration systems. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth.
Work location: Jurong East Ensure timely closure of classes (for Post-Course Team)
Perform digital batching at end of each class.
Support coordination of trainee transfer of classes.
Submit attendances, assessment results, evaluation, and certificates into system.
Submit details of classes as requested by funding agency during audits.
Respond to corporate client requests for attendance or certificates.
Support the processing of refunds.
Record daily tasks completed for reporting.
Diploma holder or equivalent qualifications
Good complaint resolution skills will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of supported courses will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of training administration systems will be an advantage
