Job description

Digital Capability Development

Support the implementation of a digital innovation strategy that is aligned with the overall business objectives Increase Digital 'active' users through data-led on-boarding, attrition-gating and reactivation programs Collaborate with product managers, developers and or external partnerships for project delivery Responsible to enhance and/or transform the following Retail digital channels into revenue channels via effective campaigns & innovative service models as well as improve overall efficiency of Retail operations.

Digital Project Management

Participate in digital projects from conception to implementation Assist to address all functional and technical challenges while ensuring the scalability and reliability of digital solutions Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers and testers to achieve project goals effectively Ensure projects are delivered on time Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions delivered are in accordance to both functional and technical requirements Analyse and ensure timely resolution of digital applications reported downtime incidents and suggesting ways to meet the agreed service level agreement.

Regulatory Compliance and Security

Stay abreast of regulatory requirements relating to all Retail Digital Platforms Implement cybersecurity measures to safeguard both the Bank and customers Ensure new and existing digital solutions comply with local regulatory standards
