Job summary

Rikvin Capital Pte. Ltd. seeks a General Manager, Cybersecurity to lead IT, cybersecurity, risk governance, and digital transformation.

You will define enterprise strategy, multi-year roadmaps, and secure business growth while coordinating with regulators, auditors, and leadership. The role requires strong leadership of SOC, threat management, data privacy, third-party risk, and enterprise resilience across hybrid cloud and on-premise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise cybersecurity strategy and security architecture.
• Oversee SOC, threat monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and security governance.
• Lead IAM, PAM, EDR, SIEM, data protection and cloud security controls.
• Establish GRC frameworks, perform risk assessments, RRSA, KCIs and KRIs.
• Interface with regulators, audits, risk committees, and board reporting.
• Lead governance for AI governance including risk assessments and model oversight.
