Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an Operations Support Specialist to aid in developing emergency response plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for healthcare facilities. Candidates should have a minimum degree and at least 2 years of experience in an operations-related field. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills are essential. The position offers a monthly salary of up to $6,000 with a 1-year contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of scenarios and plans for medical and operational responses to emergencies and disease outbreaks.
  • Assist hospital stakeholders in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Support capability‑building efforts in operations, IT, and infrastructure for emergency preparedness.
  • Collaborate with the Ministry of Health and internal departments to ensure readiness for civil and national emergencies.
Requirements
  • Minimum degree holder with at least 2 years of experience in operations‑related fields.
  • Experience in hospital operations or emergency response management is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
