Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.

Job description

The Executive will support the Head of Department (HOD) and the department in developing and executing the organisation’s strategic goals, plans and initiatives. This position emphasises strong project management and implementation planning, fostering effective collaborations among various stakeholders, and to uphold compliance with corporate governance standards.

Strategic Support
  • Support the department in the development of organisational goals, strategies and workplans.
  • Facilitate the planning and execution of annual management workplan retreats and organisational team building retreats.
  • Implement and lead the execution of hospital initiatives and events designed to promote organisation development and learning, while aligning with strategic goals.
Corporate Governance
  • Develop and maintain policies to ensure adherence to corporate governance and Code of Governance for Charities and IPCs.
  • Prepare and manage governance documentation (e.g. Governance Evaluation Checklist and other internal documentations).
  • Support annual Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) exercise to identify and mitigate potential risk.
Performance Management
  • Manage and maintain organisation performance dashboard and track progress against strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure regular reporting on progress, identify areas for improvement, and facilitate necessary adjustments.
Administrative and Secretariat Support
  • Provide comprehensive secretariat support for key senior management, management, Board and sub-Board meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation of materials and reports for quarterly Board meetings and relevant sub-board meetings.
  • Organise and support engagement activities and manage the follow‑up actions to address areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate learning visits and corporate hosting events.
  • Undertake any other duties assigned by the HOD or Reporting Officer.
Requirements
  • Recognised degree, preferably in Business, Hospital Management or any other healthcare-related discipline.
  • At least one to two years of experience.
  • Exposure to charity, healthcare or community care sector is advantageous.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
