Job summary

A global business services provider in Singapore is seeking an Executive Claims professional. The role focuses on managing claims information, ensuring accurate billing, and supporting a team in achieving KPIs. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or credit control, along with strong communication skills in English and preferably Mandarin. SAP knowledge is also beneficial. This position offers opportunities for mentorship and engagement with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 1 year experience in AR, collections, or credit control for Executive role.
  • 3 years experience in AR, collections, or credit control for Senior Executive role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide claims information to clients and business units.
  • Ensure claimable expenses are billed correctly within deadlines.
  • Monitor account details for non-payment and irregularities.
  • Investigate and resolve queries.
  • Lead team in achieving monthly KPIs.
  • Provide guidance to team members in resolving conflicts.
  • Support team in addressing client queries.
  • Engage and manage key stakeholders.

Description:

Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate and reliable claims information to our clients and business units.

General Responsibilities
  • Ensure claimable expenses are billed to clients correctly within specific deadline.
  • Reconciliation of clients’ accounts.
  • Monitoring account details for non-payment and other irregularities.
  • Investigate and resolve queries.
  • Lead the team in achieving monthly KPIs, including the review of L and J balances at month-end.
  • Provide guidance to the team in resolving internal conflicts and addressing issues with Business Units (BUs).
  • Support team members in addressing queries raised by clients and BUs.
  • Represent the Claims team in monthly AR KPI meetings and quarterly roll calls.
  • Step up in engaging and managing key stakeholders, including clients, Business Units, and internal departments, to build trust and ensure alignment.
For Senior Executive
  • Act as a role model within the team by demonstrating ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, and step in as a point of contact in the Claims Manager’s absence when needed.
  • Drive automation and process improvements through the use of AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and ERP system enhancements.
  • Take the lead on new projects as assigned, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

Skills and knowledge:

  • Computer literate – MS Office
  • Knowledge of SAP - preferred

Soft skills:
