Job summary

CJ SE ASIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a disciplined personal driver to support the executive's daily travel needs. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of driver experience and a valid Class 3 license.

You will chauffeur to appointments, navigate efficiently, and maintain the vehicle’s cleanliness and safety. Weekend, public holiday, and after-hours work may be required, with overtime compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' personal driver experience.
• Valid Class 3 driving license with a clean traffic record.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and able to navigate with maps or GPS.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Courteous, patient, attentive and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Provide chauffeuring services.
• Chauffeur superior to and from appointments as directed from time to time in a timely manner.
• Drive and operate the assigned vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
• Plan route effectively to ensure shortest and safest route for all destinations.
• Keep updated on the daily traffic and weather conditions and determine the most efficient trip.
• Ensure that the car is well maintained and meet all safety requirements.
• Upkeep cleanliness of the car (interior and exterior) at all times.
• Conduct and carry himself professionally when performing duties as a personal driver to the superior and/or to visitors.
• Top-up petrol and ensure the vehicle is in good condition.
• Send vehicle for servicing, inspection, and renewal of road tax.
• Print out cash card statement and claim monthly expenses for vehicle.
• Submit all petrol receipts for invoices.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
