Responsibilities

- Support the development and execution of strategic business plans and sales strategies.

- Assist with the preparation and delivery of compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to customer needs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (product, technical, operations) to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Manage CRM systems and regularly report on sales performance metrics to management.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including raising Purchase Requests (PRs), following up on Purchase Orders (POs), and other related administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Maritime Studies, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, market research, and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience or interest in the maritime sector or related fields is beneficial but not required.
