As part of the Communications team, you will support the Club’s outreach, branding, and marketing initiatives through creative content development, project coordination, and stakeholder collaboration. The role involves managing projects from concept to delivery, ensuring consistency across all communication platforms and materials.
Key Responsibilities
Communications & Branding
- Plan and manage projects end-to-end, including campaigns, collaterals, and event promotions.
- Produce corporate communications such as announcements, EDMs, and notices.
- Collaborate with various departments (e.g., F&B, Golf, Sports) to support their communication and promotional needs.
- Work closely with the team to produce creative collaterals including posters, event materials, and marketing assets.
- Plan and execute promotional and social media campaigns for key events such as the Keppel Community Golf Festival and Keppel Charity Golf.
- Support paid and organic social media initiatives to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Maintain and update sales and marketing materials as required.
Publications & Content Creation
- Brainstorm and curate content ideas for the monthly e-newsletter.
- Write, edit, and proofread articles; conduct interviews; and provide event photography coverage.
- Liaise and work closely with the newsletter sub-committee
- Support the preparation of the Club’s Annual Report and other ad-hoc writing projects.
Digital Presence (Website & Social Media)
- Update and maintain the Club’s website, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support new website development projects and coordinate updates with service providers.
- Plan and post monthly organic social media content to promote Club events, F&B offerings, and services.
- Manage social media accounts, respond to feedback, track engagement metrics, and explore strategies to grow online presence.
- Contribute to increasing the Club’s digital presence, including social media followers and Google reviews.
Other Responsibilities
- Maintain a central library of photos, videos, and publications for internal use.
- Keep abreast of communications trends, social media innovations, and competitors’ marketing efforts.
- Provide event support and coverage, including on weekends and public holidays when required.
- Undertake additional projects or assignments as directed by the Communications Manager or Management.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations.
- 2–5 years’ experience in marketing, copywriting, or communications.
- Proficient in social media marketing and familiar with emerging platforms (e.g., TikTok, Telegram).
- Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data-driven insights.
- Creative thinker, adaptable, and a proactive team player.
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Effective time management and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, or public holidays for event coverage when required.
