A leading bakery company in Singapore seeks an experienced consultant to oversee production and quality control for high-quality pastry and bread products. This role requires strong leadership skills, a creative mindset for recipe development, and the ability to mentor staff. Key responsibilities include monitoring product quality, conducting training, and managing production during staffing shortages. Interested candidates must have extensive baking experience and a passion for innovation.
📍Location: 37 Chin Bee Crescent (Near Boon Lay/ Lakeside MRT stations)
📆 Work Schedule: 4-days of work, followed by 1 day off cycle (Includes weekends & public holidays)
🕑 Hours: 7.00am - 4.00pm
Note: Shift start times can begin as early as 2:00 AM. For these early shifts, transportation will be provided or reimbursement will be arranged for staff residing in the West.
As an expert consultant to bakeries, you will oversee various aspects of production, recipe development and quality control to ensure the creation of high-quality pastry/ bread products. Your role will involve both operational management and innovation to drive consistency, creativity and will also contribute to the Company’s growth and menu items that appeal to a diverse customers' base.
