We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the company’s management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to the General Manager, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.

  • Handle confidential information and maintain proper documentation and filing systems.

  • Liaise with clients, drivers, and vendors to ensure smooth coordination of schedules and operations.

  • Prepare reports, track expenses, and assist with basic bookkeeping or invoicing tasks when required.

  • Manage correspondence, emails, and phone communications promptly and professionally.

  • Assist in planning driver rosters, monitoring daily assignments, and ensuring service standards are met.

  • Support ad-hoc duties and errands, including event coordination or personal matters as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field preferred.

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Executive — ideally within the service, transport, or hospitality sector.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with scheduling tools.

  • Discreet, reliable, and able to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
