Job summary

A healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking a skilled Personal Assistant to support the CEO with administrative and executive tasks. The role entails managing calendars, handling correspondence, and preparing important documents. Ideal candidates will have a diploma/degree in business administration and possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Experience as a PA or in similar administrative roles is an advantage. This position demands high professionalism and discretion in managing sensitive information.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of CEO.
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Organise travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Support the CEO in tracking projects and deadlines.
  • Handle basic office administration such as procurement and logistics.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders professionally.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
