This role ensures seamless coordination of his schedule, meetings, communications and travel, enabling him to focus on strategic priorities. You will also support the broader M&A team in managing travel, meetings, events and facilities across different countries. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented and able to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Group Head’s calendar, meetings and travel logistics.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate administrative support and travel for the M&A team across regions.
  • Organise events, meetings and hospitality arrangements for visiting guests.
  • Oversee office and facilities management to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Anticipate needs, resolve issues proactively and maintain a high level of organisation and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in a corporate or M&A environment.
