A dynamic startup is seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to support the founder with work and travel logistics. This remote role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with modern tech tools. The ideal candidate will manage calendars across time zones and handle sensitive information with discretion. Competitive compensation offered based on experience.
About the Role
We’re looking for a high-performing Executive Assistant to support a busy founder across work, travel, and life. The right person will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift daily.
You’ll act as the founder’s right hand — handling scheduling, logistics, and daily coordination so they can focus on strategy and execution.
Manage complex calendars across time zones — prioritise meetings, coordinate with internal/external stakeholders, and make scheduling decisions independently.
Handle travel logistics: flight bookings, hotel arrangements, itineraries, visa paperwork, and expense tracking.
Oversee personal and life admin — from appointments to household or event coordination when needed.
Maintain structure around emails, tasks, and project reminders.
Prepare briefs, meeting notes, and follow-ups for key business discussions.
Liaise with internal team members to ensure smooth execution and communication flow.
Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
You’ve previously supported a CEO, Founder, or C-suite executive in a fast-paced startup or business.
Exceptionally organised and calm under pressure.
Strong written and verbal communicator (English required).
Tech-savvy — comfortable with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and travel platforms.
Able to manage multiple priorities, anticipate needs, and execute without being micro-managed.
Based anywhere, but available during Singapore business hours (GMT+8) or flexible to overlap.
Prior experience coordinating travel across APAC, US, and EU.
Familiarity with early-stage startup culture.
A natural “problem-solver” mindset — quick thinker, resourceful, and pragmatic.
Work Hours: Flexible, ideally aligned with SGT (GMT+8).
Type: Full-time or long-term contract.
Location: Remote (preference for Asia-based candidates).
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and timezone alignment.
