About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Chairman, including calendar management, correspondence, meeting preparation, and travel coordination.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on key matters.
  • Support the Chairman in board governance activities—preparation of papers, minutes, and presentations.
  • Manage special projects, research assignments, and confidential matters with discretion.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree-qualified in a related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Exceptional organisational, communication and inter-personal skills
  • Experience organising activities such as academic programs, public lectures and educational initiatives a strong plus.
  • High emotional intelligence, diplomacy, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business communication tools.
