Executive Assistant to CEO (Pitching materials, Green RWA Token projects)

We are seeking a highly capable and driven Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of experience from investment banks, with good exposure to client-facing materials, financial modeling, and project coordination. This role will play a pivotal part in preparing strategic pitching materials and coordinating initiatives related to our Green RWA (Real-World Asset) Token projects.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO.

Manage calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.

Prepare briefing documents and follow-ups for internal and external meetings.

Pitching & Presentation Materials

Collaborate with the CEO and business development teams to create compelling investor and client pitch decks.

Conduct research and analysis to support strategic presentations.

Ensure materials are accurate, visually engaging, and aligned with brand and messaging.

Act as a liaison between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders on Green RWA Token initiatives.

Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.

Support documentation, reporting, and compliance efforts related to tokenization and sustainability goals.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with legal, compliance, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.

Assist in preparing board-level reports and investor updates.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

min. 3–5 years of experience in investment banking or financial services.

Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and financial modeling.

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
