Job summary

A leading firm in Singapore is seeking an Executive Assistant to manage the executive's calendar, prioritize incoming communications, and prepare business correspondence and reports. The ideal candidate will coordinate meetings, maintain confidentiality, and support various administrative tasks while successfully organizing executive events. Strong skills in Microsoft Office and exceptional attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls and emails, redirecting inquiries appropriately.
  • Prepare and edit business correspondence and presentations.
  • Compile materials for meetings, including agendas and presentations.
  • Attend meetings with the Executive and take accurate minutes.
  • Support special projects by conducting research and preparing reports.
  • Organize executive events and manage logistics.
  • Handle expense claims and financial tracking.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Oversee document handling tasks.
  • Assist in drafting communications for the CEO’s review.
  • Perform general administrative duties.
  • Carry out other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.
