Administrative Coordination and Meeting Management
  • Maintain and update comprehensive clinical staff rosters, including leave schedules and on‑call arrangements for clinicians, administrators, and allied health professionals
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for regular clinical and leadership meetings, including scheduling, room bookings, and follow‑up actions
  • Manage complex calendars for leadership team, ensuring efficient time management
Training and Development Support
  • Coordinate training plans with internal stakeholders and external vendors for staff
  • Manage training records, track Continuing Professional Education (CPE) points, and facilitate CPE point applications
  • Document and report on training programs and progress
  • Process EPIC system access requests for staff
Office and Facility Management
  • Liaise with Facility Management, vendors to address and resolve office maintenance issues promptly
  • Process monthly bills and claims, ensuring timely submission for payment
  • Conduct comprehensive office orientations for new hires, including safety and security briefings
Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline
  • 2+ years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in healthcare settings
