A local company in Singapore is seeking a bilingual Executive Assistant to provide administrative support for restaurant operations and events. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Chinese, skilled in Google Workspace, and detail-oriented. The role offers a monthly salary of SGD 3,200 – 3,900 and a chance to participate in exciting external projects.
We are seeking a bilingual Executive Assistant / Restaurant Operations Administrative Assistant & Events Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Chinese, proficient in computer use and Google Workspace, and possess basic knowledge of Canva.

Preference will be given to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (PRs).
No prior experience required. Candidates without experience are welcome to apply, especially those who have graduated within the past five years, who will be given priority.
We also welcome candidates who qualify under the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work pass requirements. If you are a foreign candidate from an eligible source country or region and meet the age criteria, we will apply for a work pass on your behalf. Eligible source countries/regions include: Malaysia, People’s Republic of China (PRC), North Asian Sources (NAS) such as Hong Kong (HKSAR passport), Macau, South Korea, and Taiwan.
Provide daily administrative and clerical support for restaurant operations and external events.
Communicate clearly in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
Manage documents, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
Proficiently use Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
Assist in planning and executing company events.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Strong skills in Google Workspace tools.
Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong communication and coordination skills.
Passion and enthusiasm for event-related work.
Prior experience in school or community charity events will be an advantage.
Monthly salary: SGD 3,200 – 3,900 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
