Job description

Reports to Head of Training Operations Section in Training Institute. Key role is to manage training administration and supporting course delivery with the following responsibilities:

Customer & Course Administration
  • Handle course enquiries, registrations, and certificate matters.
  • Shortlist eligible trainees and assist with letter of acceptance forms.
  • Create course runs and monitor class enrolment and status.
  • Guide trainees through the enrolment process in the Training Management System (TMS).
  • Follow up on course fee payments.
  • Manage attendance records, assessments, and evaluation forms.
  • Advise trainees on funding eligibility and grant amounts.
  • Support trainees with SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) applications.
  • Track and monitor attendance, assessment results, and funding claims.
Daily Course Support
  • Administer classes and examinations.
  • Assist trainers with setup as needed.
Class Support (Optional, Based on Schedule)
  • Support Saturday classes (average once a month).
  • Support weekday evening classes on a rotational basis.
Other Duties
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Head of Section.
What You'll Need:
  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a good team player who can work with all levels of people in the organization.
  • Knowledge of training operations work would be an advantage.
