Executive Assistant (Para Planner) to the Founder and Executive Senior Director of Advisors Clique Collective

We are seeking an Executive Assistant (Para Planner) to support the Founder and Executive Senior Director of Advisors Clique Collective in managing daily operations, providing administrative and office support, and effectively managing his calendar.

Responsibilities
  • Client Portfolio Management and Presentation:

    • Prepare and maintain accurate client portfolio summaries.
    • Create and deliver high-quality presentations for client meetings.
  • Client Servicing and Relationship Management:

    • Provide excellent support to clients, addressing queries and ensuring a seamless experience.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a reliable point of contact.
  • Product Analysis and Calculations:

    • Conduct analysis and calculations for presentation materials.
    • Use Excel to perform calculations and model various financial scenarios.
  • Other Administrative Roles:

    • Provide support for the business operation
    • Manage ad-hoc projects and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Degree in Accountancy, Business, Banking and Finance or equivalent
  • Prior experience in the Insurance and Banking industry is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
  • Competency in web meeting applications
  • Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels
