Job summary

A growing asset management firm in Singapore is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support senior management and manage office operations. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the financial services sector, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of office management and executive assistance experience.
  • Experience in asset management or financial services industry is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a small office environment.

  • Provide executive assistance support to senior management.
  • Manage calendars and travel arrangements.
  • Oversee vendor management and office supplies.
  • Coordinate investor roadshows and meetings.

Our client is an asset management firm with growth potentials in the region. They are looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive assistance support to the senior management
  • Manage calendars and travel arrangement
  • Provide office management work such as vendor management, office supplies and facility maintenance etc
  • Support coordination of investor roadshows and meetings
  • Work as a team to organize AGM and fundraising events
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings for investors
  • Assist in uploading meeting notes and information onto the system
  • Other ad-hoc duties when necessary
Key Requirements
  • At least 3 years of office management and executive assistance experience
  • Asset Management or financial services industry exposure is preferred
  • Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Adaptability to work in a small office environment
  • Organized, proactive, detailed-oriented, multi-tasking
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
