Executive Assistant, HR Talent Acquisition - 1 Year Contract ($2800) - Jurong

Job Summary: You will be part of the Human Resource (HR) team to support medical HR Operations and Talent Acquisition related duties. Join us, where we place the value of every staff member and the care of every patient at the centre of all we do.

Job Duties
a) HR Operations
  • Prepare monthly payment of medical report fee, work-related claims and one-time-payment transactions.
  • Handle MOH Holdings (MOHH) clinicians posting related information such as updating of posting database, staff pass and name tag preparation for House Officers and Residents.
  • Partner MOHH, Residency Office, Clinical Education and Dept Admin for Medical Officers’ (MO) posting coordination.
  • Coordinate with Dept. Admin for assigned supervisors for MO’s e-Appraisal (online performance appraisal system) and Singapore Medical Council (SMC) Supervisory assignment for Conditional-Reg.
  • Do quarterly billing to offset FTEs that are sold to other institutions.
  • Work with Medical Affairs to kick start the privileging exercise for specialists and SRPs & above before clinical practice.
b) Talent Acquisition
  • Partner with HRBP, department and candidates in recruitment and selection.
  • Arrange interviews, collection of documents from candidates, advising candidates on the application process, drafting of salary proposals and job offer to candidates.
  • Work with Group Shared Service (GSS) on Letter of Appointment and subsequent work pass application.
  • Liaise with candidate on SMC application.
  • Track the status of all recruitment cases.
  • Observership - Liaise with department, staff clinic and SMC on registration/onboarding of observers.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline with 1 year of relevant working experience in HR Operations work.
  • Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Possess good team collaboration skills, meticulousness and team spirit with a can-do attitude.
